Each card is sent out with a small packet of seeds (or leaves or tea bag) and a white envelope, both in a cellophane wrap.
On the back of each card you will find lots of useful information: including: culinary uses and recipes, medicinal uses, general information, instructions on how to grow and how to store as well as a brief history and some unusual facts/myths.
